This space was a major overhaul. We raised sunken living rooms, leveled and raised ceilings, and removed 2 walls. With views of Pikes Peak, focusing on windows and views that draw attention to this were a must. Expansive countertops and a separate beverage serving area make this area and entertainers dream. ​
